Natalie Imrisek, MSPT, CSCS
The art of physical therapy is going beyond the patient's complaint.  Treating with a holistic approach, combining manual therapy, pilates rehabilitation exercises, nuero-muscular re-education, posture and gait assessment. 

  Natalie Imrisek, MSPT, CSCS, is a physical therapist specializing in manual therapy, dance medicine, and pilates-based rehabilitation.  She received her Master’s in Physical Therapy from Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons in 2003.  She worked as a physical therapist in New York City and has several years of experience working with many leading dance companies in New York City, Broadway and Off-Broadway performers.  She has lectured for companies on injury prevention and rake seminars.  She has worked providing on-site physical therapy services for the following Broadway shows; Wicked, In The Heights, Promises Promises, How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying, White Christmas and Fuerzabruta.  Dance companies she worked with in NYC include Alvin Ailey, Paul Taylor, ABT, Cedar Lake, Merce Cunningham, and Martha Graham.

  In 2012, she returned to California and was the physical therapist for the touring musical Fela! at the Ahmanson in Downtown Los Angeles, CA. 

  On-site work for touring shows in Los Angeles;  LA Opera presenting Einstein On The Beach with Lucinda Childs Dance Company, the Royal New Zeland Ballet on their US tour, and Kibbutz Contemporary Dance Company.

  She continues to work with local dancers, performers, and choreographers here in Los Angeles both on-site and in the clinic.  Currently, provides on-site physical therapy services for Westside Ballet Academy, the physical therapist for Barak Ballet, and consulting physical therapist for American Contemporary Ballet.

  Natalie is currently pursuing her manual therapy certification through the North American Institute of Orthopaedic Manual Therapy.  In addition, she has been studying Cranio-Sacral Therapy to supplement her current manual therapy skills. 

  Natalie enjoys running, biking and dance and has participated in several events over the years; New York and SF marathon, Tucson and NY century bike rides, NYC triathlon, and various triathlons in California.   She enjoys utilizing an integrative approach and drawing on her own background as an athlete to assist individuals in attaining their goals.
